In Skliri Village, a popular tourist attraction is the Church of Agioi Anargyri.
Aponissos Beach is located on the west coast of the island, and it’s best to get to it through Limenaria. It is simply stunning, with its crystal clear water bordered by picturesque scenery. Yacht owners love visiting this beach for its beauty and serenity.
Aponissos has a traditional tavern where you can go to enjoy the beautiful view. To get to the taverna, take the bus from Skala or Megalochori. For people who enjoy cycling, this is a wonderful opportunity to take in all the beautiful landscapes it offers. The location of this beach is 8 km south west of Megalochori.
Dragonera Beach has kept its traditional look, except for one tavern and sunbeds around the area. This beach is just 3 km southwest of Megalochori, also known as Milos, with a shoreline of over 205 yards, and can easily be reached either by taxi or bus. It’s also a magnificent area for camping because of all the unforgettable sights and sounds of the region from its blue waters to its mountains and trees that surround it.
